Basis of Contract
All orders are subject to acceptance by Your Face Clinic. Any order accepted will be subject to these terms and conditions.
Appropriateness of Product
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that products are suitable for their purpose before placing an order. If the buyer is unsure about the appropriateness of goods, they must discuss their requirements with Your Face Clinic before ordering. Your Face Clinic makes every effort to ensure that products conform to current legislation or standards.
Please allow 2 to 3 working days for delivery of ex-stock items. Same day or overnight deliveries can be arranged and will be charged at cost.
Carriage and Packing
A carriage and packing charge is applied for orders less than £150.00 (net) to UK delivery addresses. The charge is not applied for orders over £150.00 (net) to UK delivery addresses. The current minimum carriage and packing charge is £8.50. Carriage and packing charges for shipments outside the UK will be charged at cost. Details are provided before shipment of goods.
All prices quoted are net of VAT. VAT will be charged at the current rate where applicable.
Retention of Title
All goods remain the property of Your Face Clinic until payment in full has been received.
A credit account is available subject to status and at the discretion of Your Face Clinic. Full payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. For customers without a credit account, payment in full is required prior to despatch of goods. Payment is accepted by cheque, bank transfer, or most major credit and debit cards.
Interest on Late Payment
We understand and will exercise our statutory right to claim interest, and compensation for debt recovery costs, under the late payment legislation if we are not paid according to our agreed terms.
Your Face Clinic does not offer an early settlement discount. The full amount invoiced must be paid.
The buyer is liable to pay the full price for any customised goods from the moment the order has been placed. Customised goods cannot be returned except because of fault, or damage caused before delivery to the buyer.
Notification of Queries and Complaints
Goods must be inspected on receipt and any faults or damage reported to Your Face Clinic in writing within 2 working days. Queries or complaints must be notified to Your Face Clinic, verbally or in writing, within 5 working days of receipt of the goods. Queries regarding the invoice must be made to Your Face Clinic within 10 working days of receipt of the invoice.
Offers and communication
By making a purchase you imply permission for us to contact you with offers. We will NOT however share your details with 3rd parties. You will be given the opportunity to unsubscribe at any time.
The return of goods must be agreed in advance with Your Face Clinic and sent to our Luton address. With the exception of goods being returned due to fault or damage, the cost of return carriage shall be met by the buyer, not by Your Face Clinic. Your Face Clinic will charge 15% of the invoiced amount as a handling fee for returned goods. The return of goods must be made within 14 days (2 weeks) of receipt. Customised items are non-returnable, except because of fault or damage.
Customers may request the return of any overpayment made to Your Face Clinic within 12 months of receipt. Your Face Clinic reserves the right to charge a fee to cover the costs of returning the overpayment. Your Face Clinic will be entitled to keep any overpayment not claimed within 12 months.
Products are guaranteed against serious defect for a period of one year from delivery. All branded products are guaranteed for life in accordance with their terms and conditions. Your Face Clinic will either replace the product or credit the full price of the goods. However, Your Face Clinic shall be under no liability in respect of any defects in products, which come about due to the acts, omissions, negligence or default by the buyer, or any other persons having access to the products.
Your Face Clinic reserves the right to withdraw products, alter or amend prices and specifications advertised, or provide a suitable alternative of equal value and quality without prior notice. Where products are significantly different from those advertised, the buyer will be notified before dispatch of the goods.
In the event of a default in this agreement, English law shall govern these terms and conditions of sale.
